Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing resident needs and preferences

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless resident care and services

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and outcomes

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
