Administrative & Operational Support
Provide high-level administrative support to the Licensed Administrator, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and coordination of meetings.
Assist with reports, tracking tools, and operational documentation related to facility management.
Confidential & Regulatory Materials
Handle confidential, time-sensitive, and compliance-related information with professionalism, discretion, and accuracy.
Cross-Department Coordination
Serve as a communication liaison between the Administrator and internal departments, vendors, and external partners.
Maintain contact lists, calendars, and administrative workflows to ensure efficiency.
Problem-Solving & Initiative
Anticipate administrative needs, prioritize tasks, and independently resolve issues using sound judgment.
Support special projects and process improvements as assigned.
Professional Communication: Clear, effective verbal and written communication with staff, leadership, and external partners.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests.

Experience: Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment. Background in leadership.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with office management systems. Excellent with a technology is a must have
Education: Associates or Bachelors preferred.
Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Outstanding communication is a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required to interact with individuals and groups and prepare professional documentation.
Primarily indoor work environment (approximately 90%).
Full-time position: 40 hours per week, with scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
Salary / Wage Range:
$35.00 – $37.00 per hour
Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may vary from the range listed.
