Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician  – Sharon, MA.

Location: School District with services in the home

Start Date: Immediate 

Job Type: Part-time

2 Schedules available:

  • 2hrs/Week (the specific time can be discuss with the family)
  • 6hrs/Week (the specific time can be discuss with the family)

Who We’re Looking For 

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician or Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA. 

  • Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy. 

  • Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class. 

  • Collect and record data on client progress. 

  • Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans. 

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation. 

     

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred). 

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Not a must)

  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Experience in an educational setting. 

  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans. 

  • Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred)
