Position Overview: We’re hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians who are motivated to support others. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you’ll work with clients in various settings, using ABA techniques to meet personalized goals and support skill-building in areas like communication and self-care.

Behavior Tech (BT) Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior plans to meet client needs.

• Record and document client behaviors and achievements accurately.

• Promote social and life skills development.

• Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for skill growth.

• Work alongside other professionals to continuously refine interventions.

Behavior Tech (BT) Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented in documenting client progress.

• Ability to travel as needed for client sessions.

• Strong commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.

• Empathy, patience, and a supportive approach.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate from $25-$30 based on experience.

• Training and career development in ABA.
