BCBA Pay Rate: $65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week)
First Year Bonus: $5000

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
Utilize evaluation tools such as the VB-MAPP, Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
Design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
Supervise and train ABA technicians; oversee the implementation, modeling, and progress monitoring of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
Provide training to parents, caregivers, and ABA technicians on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Graph data, adjust strategies as necessary to ensure client progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA working with children, teens or young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and writing positive behavior support plans.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
BCBA Pay Rate: $65-$95/hr., based on experience
