Behavior Support Specialist (BSS) Position Summary: We are seeking proactive and caring individuals for our Behavior Technician roles. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA-based strategies to help them reach their potential.

Behavior Support Specialist (BSS) Key Responsibilities:

• Following tailored behavior intervention plans.

• Accurately recording data on client progress.

• Assisting clients in skill-building for communication and daily tasks.

• Supporting a positive and growth-oriented environment.

• Collaborating with BCBAs and other team members.
