Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with our nursing team to ensure efficient and effective care delivery

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience required; licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois is required

• Current CPR certification and willingness to obtain any additional certifications as required by the company

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
