Carlisle’s Restaurant at Hotel Everett is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary
team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and
values consistency, teamwork, and quality.
Responsibilities include:
● Preparing and executing menu items according to Carlisle’s standards
● Maintaining consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
● Assisting with prep work, station setup, and breakdown
● Ensuring cleanliness and organization of your station
● Following all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
● Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
What we’re looking for:
● Previous line cook experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Team-oriented with a positive attitude
● Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
