Phoenix of Maple Heights is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for flexible scheduling while providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed PT

• Accurately document treatments and resident progress

• Assist with care planning and goal progression

• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety

What We’re Looking For:

• Current PTA license in good standing

• SNF/LTC experience preferred (new grads welcome)

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Reliable, team-focused, and resident-centered
