Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. You will assist with therapy treatments and monitor patient progress to ensure effective care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility programs.

• Implement treatment plans designed by physical Therapist.

• Document patient progress accurately and promptly.

• Educate residents and caregivers on home exercise programs.

• Communicate effectively with the therapy team to coordinate care.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Missouri.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
