RN and LPN Nursing Opportunities

Position Summary

As an RN or LPN, you will provide hands-on care for residents, monitor their health, and collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure safe, individualized care. You will join a team dedicated to quality outcomes and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct personal care to residents

• Monitor, assess, and document vital signs and overall health

• Assist in implementing and updating care plans in collaboration with RNs and unit leadership

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and state guidelines

• Support a collaborative and professional nursing environment

Requirements

RN and LPN: Must have a current Massachusetts license

• Previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Positions

• Shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am

• Positions available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem
