Role Overview

This role plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse execution while owning the accuracy, organization, and technical management of inventory.

This position serves as the operational bridge between the warehouse floor, customer service, and our systems (ERP/Excel), ensuring inventory integrity from receipt through shipment and returns.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce inventory control procedures ensuring all physical inventory movements follow defined, auditable controls.

  • Act as the system owner for the company’s SKU structure, including new item creation, SKU variant management, and ongoing optimization of the master catalog.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis of variances

  • Prepare and maintain inventory reporting, providing accurate and reliable visibility into inventory levels, movements, and variances.

  • Oversee customer returns flowing through the warehouse, ensuring proper classification, documentation, and system treatment

  • Support technical fulfillment needs, including labeling and customer-specific item and packaging requirements

  • Assist warehouse manager with special projects and operational improvements.

  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales to provide real-time inventory data and product specifications to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. 

  • Work with the team on optimizing the workflow within warehouse departments, ensuring smooth processes from order release to shipment.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong inventory management experience in a warehouse environment.

  • Hands-on NetSuite (or ERP) inventory experience.

  • Strong Excel skills; comfort working with data and reconciliations.

  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and operationally minded.

  • Growth mindset

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
