Compensation and benefits:

- Work with managers to fill vacancies as they occur. Maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs.
- Assure vacancies are closed quickly (not to exceed a 30-day period).
- Meet all established recruitment goals for the quarter/year.
- Screen applicants and manage pre-employment processing for candidates. Administer assessment tests as needed
- Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Post openings in with professional organizations and in other position appropriate venues.
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment
- Create and maintain monthly recruitment calendar, outlining external and internal recruitment fairs/interviews.
- Partner with Administrative Assistant to complete new hire and employment paperwork (i.e. hiring sheets, transfers in BOETA, status changes, etc..).
- Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train
- Responsible for all aspects of licensing
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience recruiting in a high volume work place.
- Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs preferred).
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
