Job Summary

The W at New Broadview Manor, a beautiful 200-bed Assisted Living facility located on Staten Island, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. As a Weekend Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and public spaces

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed

• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of closets, cupboards, and storage areas

• Perform special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery

• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices

Requirements

• Ability to work on weekends, Saturday and Sunday.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization

• Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
