Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) - Full-time

What You’ll Do

Provide ABA services under BCBA supervision
Assist with assessments, treatment plans, and data review
Support and train RBTs
Ensure accurate documentation and ethical practice
Collaborate with families and team members to support each child’s progress
Conduct additional supervision of RBTs if allowed by payer guidelines
Assist with or conduct assessments permitted under payer policies (e.g., skills assessments, caregiver interviews, observation sessions)

What We’re Looking For

Active BCaBA certification
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Passion for supporting children and families
ABA experience preferred, not required
