Licensed Master Social Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and enhance the quality of life for our clients. This position is in-office and the clinician will provide in-person therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including ICD-9 coding for diagnoses.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic support for clients.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid LMSW license in the state of practice is mandatory.

• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes is essential.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention techniques are highly desirable.

• Fluency in Spanish language is required.

• Previous experience facilitating group therapy sessions is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
