About AEIC Case Management
AEIC Case Management is a Texas-based provider specializing in Medicaid-focused care coordination and supportive services for children and pregnant women. Through our C.A.R.E.S. Program, we partner with families to address social determinants of health, improve maternal and child outcomes, and ensure access to essential community resources in a compliant, culturally responsive manner.
Our work is structured, mission-driven, and rooted in accountability—to our clients, our partners, and the communities we serve.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Hiring Cohort & Start Timeline Notice
AEIC utilizes a quarterly hiring cohort system to align onboarding with HHSC/TMHP and Managed Care Organization (MCO) credentialing requirements.

- Selection into a cohort does not guarantee immediate client assignment
- Service delivery may begin at the end of the quarter once all credentialing and compliance steps are complete
This role is best suited for professionals who understand Medicaid timelines and can commit to a structured onboarding process.
