Responsibilities:

• Ensure that payments for deliveries are made according to terms.

• Post checks into accounting software daily.

• Scan checks for remote deposit (daily).

• Send out customer statements via email weekly.

• Enter credits and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Bookkeeping.

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word & Excel.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions on account handling.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional, motivated, and dependable.

• References and background check required.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience

• Full-time, on-site position in Hialeah
