Warehouse Associate - Full-time

**Job Summary:**
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support our Wilmington store by receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. This role is hands‑on and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive incoming deliveries, inspect items for damage or accuracy, and unload trucks.
- Organize stock in designated areas, label products, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and accuracy.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for store shelves and customer pickups.
- Assist with inventory counts, restock shelves, and report low stock levels to management.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous warehouse, stockroom or similar experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Compensation:**
Hourly wage range: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
