  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Encourage creativity and exploration through interactive activities and play.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred however, not required.
  • State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative and adaptable approach to teaching methodologies.
  • Background check and health screenings as required by state regulations.
