Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Encourage creativity and exploration through interactive activities and play.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred however, not required.
- State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative and adaptable approach to teaching methodologies.
- Background check and health screenings as required by state regulations.
