Cabinet Builder & Installer — Custom Woodworking & Home Theaters
Location: Boca Raton, FL | Pay: $28–$38/hour (DOE) | Full-Time | In-Person
We’re Nordic Group — a fourth-generation, family-owned business in Boca Raton specializing in custom woodworking and high-end home theaters. Our work is detail-driven, design-focused, and built to last.
We’re looking for a Cabinet Builder & Installer with solid experience in woodworking and cabinetry. If you’re reliable, skilled, and take pride in quality work, this could be the right fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and install custom cabinetry and millwork from start to finish.
- Build and install high-end home theaters
- Read blueprints, follow specs, and ensure everything’s built to the highest standards.
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Work in our Boca workshop and on job sites.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or finish carpentry.
- Clean, high-quality craftsmanship with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with tools, materials, and wood products.
- Ability to read blueprints and problem-solve on the fly.
- Reliable, focused, and able to work efficiently also under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license.
