We're Hiring! 🌟 Treatment Coordinator for Our Dental Office

Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in their smiles? Our busy, friendly dental office is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll meet with patients, walk them through their treatment plans, help with insurance questions, and make sure they feel confident every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

Collect and update patient insurance information.
Verify insurance benefits and calculate out patient portions.
Enter billing, payments, and treatment details into Dentrix.
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
Help patients set up payment plans or third-party financing.
Check out patients and make sure financial details are wrapped up smoothly.
Follow up on insurance claims to make sure everything is moving along.
Support our patients and be a smiling, helpful face they can trust!
Keep everything confidential and professional.
Be an awesome team player who builds great relationships with patients and coworkers.

What We're Looking For:

Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude!
Experience with treatment coordinating and dental insurance a is a must.
Super organized with great attention to detail.
Comfortable using Dentrix (or willing to learn quickly!).
A passion for patient education and helping people move forward with needed care.
