What You'll Do
- Operate and program CNC tube bending machines (electro-hydraulic/manual CNC)
- Read and interpret blueprints, bend data, and spec sheets with precision and accuracy
- Utilize trigonometry, XYZ coordinates, angles, and rotations to ensure exact bend measurements
- Measure and inspect bends using calipers, protractors, and gauges to meet tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot and make on-the-fly adjustments to minimize scrap and ensure part quality
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine setups and optimize efficiency
- Train junior operators and serve as a technical resource on the shop floor
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in CNC tube bending (preferably for hydraulic or industrial applications)
- Proficiency in trigonometry, spatial measurement, and geometric calculations
- Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with mandrel bending, rotary draw, or roll bending processes
- Experience with setup, calibration, and machine maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to fine detail
- A dependable, safety-focused work ethic
