Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough examinations of homes for cleanliness and damage.
- Conduct and report home inspections evaluation forms
- Implement and improve quality control operating procedures, staging, and stocking of homes.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, defects, maintenance, security, safety, and cleanliness issues.
- Participate in routine visual inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist housekeeping team with cleaning and laundry duties
- Assist with recruiting and training of housekeeping staff
- Communicate with clients as needed to gain approval for purchases and maintenance needs.
- Purchase and deliver products that need stocked
- Assist with with light bulb and battery changes.
- Help with trash pickups, disposal and hand shoveling- snow removal.
- Other duties as needed and assigned.
- On Call and weekend availability required
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some heavy lifting, 50 + lbs. may be required.
- Comfortable using ladders.
- Safe driving record
- Have reliable transportation that can be used for the work area throughout Summit County.
