We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely loading and unloading of materials and products in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.
Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed for material handling.
Build pallets and organize products for efficient storage and transportation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Load, unload, and stack pallets manually or with equipment.
Inspect pallets for damage and repair or recycle as needed.
Maneuver pallets and goods across facility.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist in inventory management and quality control.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Knowledge of OSHA standards related to warehouse operations.
Experience in materials handling within a warehouse or distribution center setting.
Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
