Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish Required) – Beverly Hills, CA
Pay: $28.00 – $50.00 per hour
We are a high-volume, well-established personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our growing litigation team.
This position is ideal for an experienced PI paralegal who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while being supported by attorneys, legal assistants, and structured systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support personal injury cases from intake through litigation
- Communicate with clients in Spanish and English
- Assist attorneys with case management and litigation preparation
- Prepare and organize medical records, demands, and case documents
- Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate case notes and files within the case management system
- Coordinate with clients, providers, and internal staff
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – required
- 1+ year of personal injury paralegal experience – required
- Paralegal Certificate or Associate Degree – required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable handling a high-volume caseload
- Professional communication and client service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- FileVine experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
