We are looking for a EXPERIENCED detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to become a valuable member of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care both in person and over the phone

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and maintain the office calendar
- Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and courteously
-Tain to learn commonly asked questions about dental procedures, insurance specifications and office policies.
- Verify insurance eligibility for private dental plans
- Use Open Dental Software to maximize the doctor's schedule.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
-Hotel Hospitality skills preferred

- Organizational skills, multi-tasking and learning on the job mandatory
- Warm and welcoming presentation, tone and etiquette a must
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
-Ability to work in a team. Lending a hand when needed for the benefit of our patients
