We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-time Front Office Patient Liaison to join our physical therapy team in Thousand Oaks. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional office environment.
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-orientated, and able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Prior medical or physical therapy office experience is a plus, but not required

Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
- answer phones, take messages, and respond to patient inquires
- collect payments and assist with basic billing questions
- maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system
- perform general front office and administrative duties
- assist with light Marketing and community outreach efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable using computers and office systems (EMR experience helpful but not required)
- self-motivated and reliable
