 Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, answer phones and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as be able to work without direct supervision.

Operations Assistant Responsibilities:

- Assist Operations Manager
- Answer phones professionally and obtain or provide information accurately
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner                                                                               
- Schedule Survey Appointments
- Create, update and process files ensuring accuracy of information
- Contact customers with scheduled arrival times   
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
 
- Understanding of office procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner via phone and/or email
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment
- Previous experience a plus but not a must. Will train the right person.

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 7:30 to 4:00                                                                                        
Salary: $20 - $22 per hour DOE
