Position Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you’re the face of Ladybird Taco. You’ll craft genuine, personal experiences for every guest — greeting them warmly, taking accurate orders, preparing drinks, and delivering delicious food with heart.
You’ll report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager and be empowered to make decisions that enhance each guest’s experience. We encourage a “no job too small” mindset — whether it’s running food, restocking, or keeping the space spotless. Every role matters here.
You’ll also be cross-trained across positions to grow your skills and keep the shop running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Care for every guest and teammate in your shop
- Greet guests with warmth and guide their experience
- Operate the POS with accuracy and efficiency
- Run food and drinks while delivering courageous hospitality
- Keep the front line, lobby, patio, and bathrooms clean and stocked
- Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and dietary details
- Follow all food safety and handling standards
- Help open, maintain, and close the front of house area
Who You Are

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is great — but not required
- Able to obtain a food handler’s permit

Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Operate computers, tablets, and kitchen utensils
- Read and follow instructions accuratel
- Work safely with cleaning chemicals
