Your Main Responsibilities as our Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager
- Design and lead a preventive maintenance program for heavy equipment and trucks.
- Implement and manage a company-wide parts inventory and usage tracking system.
- Work closely with finance to manage maintenance budgets and provide detailed cost reporting.
- Lead internal maintenance teams and coordinate with external vendors.
- Support safety compliance across all maintenance operations.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- 7-10 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
- 5+ years in scrap metal, recycling, or industrial environments.
- Prior hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing inventory and cost-control systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to nearby company sites.
