Your Main Responsibilities as our Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager

• Design and lead a preventive maintenance program for heavy equipment and trucks.
• Implement and manage a company-wide parts inventory and usage tracking system.
• Work closely with finance to manage maintenance budgets and provide detailed cost reporting.
• Lead internal maintenance teams and coordinate with external vendors.
• Support safety compliance across all maintenance operations.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• 7-10 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• 5+ years in scrap metal, recycling, or industrial environments.
• Prior hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing inventory and cost-control systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to nearby company sites.
