Our client, in McCook NE, a leader in the manufacturing industry, are seeking  Production Helpers to join their team. You will be part of the Production Department, supporting Mixing Operations or Finishing or Material handling. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper
Location: McCook NE
Pay Range: $17.27 to $18.52/hr with Shift Deferential of $1.25/hr

What's the job?

• Weigh gram bags for compound batches with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist in producing rubber compounds for hose extrusion
• Operate equipment such as mixers, mills, or compound machinery (based on assigned area)
• Unload bulk raw materials from tanks, railcars, and trucks
• Perform forklift operations as needed to support material flow

What's Needed? 

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving ability
• Good math, reading, and writing skills with strong retention abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Shift: 
• 1st shift: 7 – 3pm
• 2nd shift: 3 pm – 11 pm
• 3rd shift: 11 pm – 7 am
