About the Position

Our Field Sales Reps are often the first point of contact for prospective clients, so professionalism, trust-building, and communication skills are critical. You'll meet with individuals (virtually or in person) to assess their needs, educate them on available options, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. The company supports your success by providing CRM lead management, training, and administrative support, allowing you to focus on what you do best: consultative selling and relationship building. You'll work independently while being fully backed by an experienced office and leadership team.
