We're hiring a B2B Sales Representative to work with small businesses in the Canon City area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a field-based B2B sales role where you'll be working with local small businesses and their employees.
Training comes directly from leaders who are actively succeeding in the field. This is a lead-by-example culture where you'll shadow top performers and learn through hands-on experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Prospecting face-to-face for new business accounts in your assigned territory
Meeting with business owners/decision-makers to introduce our supplemental insurance benefit options
Conducting 1:1 enrollment meetings with employees to explain coverage options
Presenting benefit solutions that enhance employer benefit packages at no cost to the business
Managing existing client accounts and scheduling re-enrollment meetings
Using our CRM to organize your workflow, track appointments, and manage follow-ups
As you develop, your focus shifts from new business acquisition to servicing existing accounts and generating referrals from satisfied clients.

COMPENSATION
First-year earnings typically range from $81,000 to $117,000 based on sales volume and client acquisition. We also offer monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
