Plant Start Seasonal Team Members

Greenhouse season is right around the corner, and Ellie’s Eden Greenhouse is gearing up for our 2026 plant start season. We’re looking for a few energetic, hands-on seasonal team members to join us and help bring this season to life.

About the Season

• Season runs: March 2026 through mid-June 2026
  
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
  
• Location: Ellie’s Eden Greenhouse
  
• Positions available: A limited number of seasonal roles
  

We are primarily seeking local team members, but we also have accommodations available for up to four individuals who would like to come from outside the local area to work for the full season.

What You’ll Be Doing

Job duties may include a variety of greenhouse and plant-start tasks, such as:

• Planting and transplanting seedlings
  
• Watering and general plant care
  
• Assisting with packing and order preparation
  
• Supporting daily greenhouse operations as needed
  

This is a fast-paced, physically active role, so the ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and adapt throughout the day is important.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• A love of gardening and working with plants
• Greenhouse or plant experience is a plus, but not required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work quickly and as part of a team
