Client Sales Representative / Bookkeeping Assistant

AirNow Heating & Air and Wrens RV & Storage are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative / Office Coordinator to join our team in Wrens, GA. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers and tenants while supporting daily operations for both businesses.

In this role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule HVAC service appointments, follow up with customers, and make outbound calls to offer and sell AirNow maintenance agreements. You will also assist Wrens RV & Storage tenants with payments and light bookkeeping to ensure accounts are accurate and up to date.
