Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Lumper to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the logistics process by assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Shift

• 6a.m. until finish

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks .
• Maintain organization within the warehouse by ensuring products are stored in designated areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards while performing all tasks to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment as needed.
• Experience in materials handling, including heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Previous experience working under the guidance of a warehouse supervisor.
