Display Builder

The Display Builder plays a key role in the presentation and installation of showroom products, ensuring high-end plumbing and electrical fixtures and furnishings are handled, installed, and displayed with precision and care. This hands-on position supports the operational success of the showroom by combining technical skill, physical capability, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset and will work hand in hand with our VP of Real Estate and Special Projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Carefully handle and install premium plumbing and electrical fixtures and furnishings
• Make basic electrical connections in accordance with safety guidelines
• Work safely and comfortably on ladders and with pallets
• Lift and move items over 50 lbs regularly
• Assist in maintaining showroom appearance and organization
• Troubleshoot and find creative solutions to on-site installation or packaging challenges
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity with construction methods and power tools
• 5 years of Finish Carpentry experience
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and creative design solutions
• Excellent mathematical and measurement skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Physically fit and able-bodied to meet job demands
• Minimum of 30 hours per week availability; full-time preferred

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items exceeding 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, reaching, and walking for extended periods on hard surfaces
• Comfortable working on ladders and with various hand/power tools
• Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures, including warehouse and showroom conditions
