Bilingual Inventory Associate

We are seeking a bilingual Inventory Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

*Two years of experience with inventory count and inventory records

* Track & record all inventory adjustments daily and keep inventory in RFMS up to date

• Must be able to lift 50lb plus, drive a forklift, and pick up merchandise if necessary
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material samples to present to customers
• Price showroom samples & good computer skills

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory, sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with Excel & inventory  
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills, team player, good attendance
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Familiar with home measurements & flooring will be great
