Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders, verifying order numbers and product details.
• Handle all products carefully, packing neatly to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace. Latex gloves required as you will be handling food products.
• Work efficiently to meet daily throughput and productivity goals.
• Follow established procedures to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food quality standards.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must have 1 year or more in Warehouse experience within the past 3 years. 
• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] for long periods.
• Team-oriented mindset with a high sense of urgency.
