Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with GE Mac-Lab is preferred.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North TX Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cath lab experience required. Experience scrubbing cardiac cath cases/STEMI call. Expected to scrub cath, EP, and peripheral procedures on day 1.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience scrubbing IR and EP. Mac-Lab monitoring experience.

Unit Details: Day shift teams include RNs and techs, with 3 staff per room minimum in multiple combinations. Patient ratio is 1 patient to each team of 3-4. Uses GE Xray equipment, Impella, IABP, atherectomy, IVUS/OCT, and FFR/RFR. Procedures include cath IR (Permcath, fistula), EP (device, ablation, Watchman), and peripheral angiograms. No neuro IR.

Shift & Scheduling: Call required and alternating weekends. Will be taking about 14-15 day/month call. Please submit any no-call requests ahead of contract. Night shift is on-call only with a 4-person team.

Floating Requirements: May float to other facility cath labs in local area partner hospitals, potentially helping with turnover and patient transport in other procedural spaces.
