We are currently recruiting for a Service Clerk II.
What you will do in the position:
- Receiving:
- Processing in Trade In and non HME equipment.
- Document material shipped to partner companies.
- Troubleshoot and log any discrepancy shipments.
- Fulfilment:
- Periodically audit inventory locations.
- Package and process repair orders through the ERP system.
- Verify shipping label for accuracy.
- Inventory:
- Accurately issue material to the repair line.
- Ensure both inventory quantity and location are accurate.
- Perform daily cycle counts and researches discrepancies.
- Requests material as needed.
- Preforms end of life analysis.
- Maintains stocking levels for departments consumables.
- Maintains repair label printer.
- Works with both Materials department and vendor to address material issues.
- General:
- Creates and improves department work instructions.
- Maintains department metrics as assigned by Supervisor.
- All requirements of Service Clerk I.
What you will need to succeed:
- Numerical accuracy
- Good math skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good typing skills
- Ability to operate personal computer
- Experience:
- 2+ years Related Experience
- Education:
- High School Diploma - Required
- AA Degree (2-year college) - Preferred
The posted pay range, $18.00 - $23.32, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
