Production Worker (Arvin - 3rd Shift) - Full-time

If you�re looking for meaningful, hands-on work in a warehouse setting, this could be the role for you. We�re hiring a Production Worker to work alongside our clients and Job Coach at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA.

In this role, you�ll perform production and janitorial tasks alongside our clients while working as part of a supportive team. You�ll collaborate closely with the Job Coach and may step into that role as needed to support operations.

Schedule

Monday � Friday
10:00 p.m. � 6:30 a.m.

What You�ll Be Doing

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and work areas according to safety and hygiene standards

• Perform routine waste removal and recycling duties

• Complete production and janitorial tasks alongside clients

• Provide hands-on support and guidance as needed to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently

• Encourage professionalism, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture

• Support productivity and workflow to meet daily operational goals

• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members

What We�re Looking For

• Someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse or production work

• Experience in warehouse, production, or janitorial settings is strongly preferred

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

• Valid driver�s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
