Responsibilities:
-
Execute dishes from the sauté station with precision and consistency
-
Prepare mise en place including sauces, garnishes, and proteins ahead of service
-
Ensure that all food is prepared according to Trumbull Kitchen’s high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauté station during service
-
Assist with other kitchen stations as needed
-
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient kitchen operations
-
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines in compliance with health regulations
