Temp Kings Air is hiring in Pasadena. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our amazing team! In this role, you will install and replace heating and air conditioning systems for residential homes. Join a fun and culture with rewarding pay (base pay + bonus/commissions). The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential heating and air systems, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service is a must.
The candidate will be provided with an assistant and with a van.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Directly train install apprentice
- Ensure all installations comply with our quality standards
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety regulations
- Test systems for proper operation and efficiency
- Lastly, follow our process!
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in HVAC Installation
- Valid Drivers License
- EPA Certification
- Experience with operation, install, and maintenance of a variety of forced air systems
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds regularly
