THE OPPORTUNITY
StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting OB/GYN physicians to join a busy, community-based practice in San Ramon, California — the East Bay's premier family-friendly suburb. This is a full-scope OB/GYN practice with robotic capabilities, a Level 2 NICU, 24/7 CRNA coverage, on-site neonatologists and hospitalist pediatricians, and new grad mentorship. PRACTICE DETAILS
• Full-time employed position
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice in a physician-led, collegial environment
• Robotic surgery capabilities
• Daily census: 20–25 patients
• CRNA on-site 24/7
• In-office ultrasound
• 15 L&D rooms, 3 ORs
• Neonatologists on site, Level 2 NICU
• Hospitalist pediatricians on site
• Mentorship available for new graduates

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary range: $310,000 – $450,000 (based on qualifications, experience, and productivity)

REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
