Join Our Dynamic Trauma ICU Team!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Unit: 5500-1004 - 3 West B - Trauma ICU \n- Profession: Registered Nurse \n- Specialty: ICU \n- Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Provide exceptional care in a Level I Trauma ICU environment\n- Handle patient ratios of 1:2 during day, night, and weekend shifts\n- Float required across ICU, IMC, and Tele as needed \n- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more \n\nQualifications:\n\n- Experience: 2 years preferred; travel experience preferred \n- Certifications: \n - Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS \n - Preferred: PALS, TNCC \n- Skills: \n - Ventilator Management and Care of Ventilated Patients*\n - Central Line Management and IV Therapy \n - Cardiac Monitoring and ICP Monitoring* \n - Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias \n\nFacility Details:\n\n- Daily Census: 14 \n- Number of Rooms: 14 \n- Number of Beds: 16 \n- Additional Support: Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Social Services, and more \n\nAdditional Information:\n\n- Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 request allowed\n- Weekly Weekend Commitment: Half of the contracted shifts \n\nNote: \nTravelers residing in the following counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris. \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
