Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population 36 patient-facing hours per week with dedicated time for professional development Access to nearby lab and imaging services for efficient, coordinated care Opportunity to quickly build a patient panel Collaborative, physician-led team environment Participation in an after-hours call rotation shared among colleaguesKey Responsibilities Deliver full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine services Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions Develop and manage individualized patient care plans Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams Participate in after-hours on-call coverage Contribute to care model improvements and patient care strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Support a culture of high-quality, patient-centered careQualifications (Required) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency) Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start DEA registration (required prior to start) Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVU production Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years) Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates Paid malpractice insurance Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Retirement plan options* Generous CME allowance
