This is an excellent opportunity to provide full-spectrum primary care in a supportive environment that values innovation, teamwork, and work-life balance.* Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population* 36 patient-facing hours per week with dedicated time for professional development* Access to nearby lab and imaging services for efficient, coordinated care* Opportunity to quickly build a patient panel* Collaborative, physician-led team environment* Participation in an after-hours call rotation shared among colleaguesKey Responsibilities* Deliver full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine services* Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions* Develop and manage individualized patient care plans* Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams* Participate in after-hours on-call coverage* Contribute to care model improvements and patient care strategies* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems* Support a culture of high-quality, patient-centered careQualifications (Required)* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency)* Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start* DEA registration (required prior to start)* Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)Compensation & Benefits* Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000* Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVU production* Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)* Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates* Paid malpractice insurance* Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance* Retirement plan options* Generous CME allowance
