🕗 Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekend rotation required

💰 Travel Pay: $3,200/week

We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist I to join our Home Health team in Danbury, CT. If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients and making a real impact in their homes, this role is for you.

🩺 Position Overview

• Home health physical therapy
• Approximately 6 patient visits per day
• Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality care

✅ Required Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license
• 2+ years of physical therapy experience

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home care experience
• Working knowledge of Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR software
