The Role
Youll be the face of Temp Kings in the field: servicing, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems with confidence and care. We run clean, provide top-tier equipment, and do things the right way and we expect the same from our senior techs.

What Youll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, ductwork)
  
  
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair/replace options
  
  
• Follow local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specs
  
  
• Use company tools, systems, and processes to document your work
  
  
• Support and train junior techs as needed
  
  
• Represent the brand with pride and professionalism
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 48 years of HVAC service experience (residential)
  
  
• EPA Universal Certification
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean record
  
  
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  
  
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and roofs as needed
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Comfort using apps, tablets, and job management software
  
  
• NATE certification or advanced training a plus
  
  
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
